Discover the beauty of Lurin from the newly-built Villa Indyana, or IDA, a luxurious 2+1 bedroom villa located just a 1-minute drive from town and a 3-minute drive from the beach. This artfully-designed villa overlooks a landscape of green rolling hills, palms and orange flamboyant trees.

Fully-Equipped and Appointed with Comfort in Mind

This villa features clean lines, cool tones and a few carefully placed pops of color. The central great room blends seamlessly with the outdoors, while the dining area is located on one side of the great room, and the open kitchen with a breakfast bar is situated on the other side. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, Apple TV, Netflix, screens, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an independent studio with a kitchen which can be rented with the villa as a third bedroom for an additional cost.

Outdoor Amenities

The outdoor terrace comprises a sun-soaked area with couches, a low coffee table, and a covered area with a dining table and seating for 8 guests. A gray deck with sunbeds frames the heated infinity pool and can be placed in the sun or shade. This fully air-conditioned villa also comes with a gas grill, an outdoor shower and powder room, iPod docking stations, a Sonos sound system, satellite TV and WiFi.

Services

Villa Indyana comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
